First, hello!

I’m Karissa… a full-time photographer and designer with a background in Visual Communication Arts. I love architecture, gardening, and collaborating
with small businesses to show off their talents.

Designing a great place to stay brings me joy,
born out of years of traveling myself and from being close to people who travel professionally (healthcare related and otherwise). I take notes. I pay attention when simple changes can greatly improve the overall experience. This passion of mine lets me work alongside people like you! I see your desire to offer a wonderful place to stay, to bring in respectable renters with less wear-and-tear on your property, and to receive a dependable revenue from your rental… I’m here to help you do exactly that. I manage places in California, Maine, and Virginia.

I utilize digital resources with built-in tools to attract respectable renters, conduct background and credit checks, produce state-specific lease agreements, and manage inquiries against your calendar.

There are three ways that you can hire me to help launch your listing, my first service is the Initial Launch, the second is Rental Management (similar to rental agencies but with a more personalized experience for all involved), and the third is the simplest, I’ll rent your place! If this is a viable option, then I pay you each and every month - then do the work myself to maintain the same kind of occupancy I described above.

My initial launch fee covers the work I put in to furnish the property completely. In my proposal, I let you know the estimated furnishings budget due up front - then I work to stay within this budget (or pay the extra costs myself). My goal is to create an aesthetically pleasing environment for which someone sees and immediately wants to call “home” for a couple of months.
